100 gr broccoli
2 spicchi di salsiccia
100 ml vino Susumaniello Sumaest
1 spicchio aglio

Passaggi:
1- Lessare i broccoli.
2 – Levare il budello dalla salsiccia e sbriciolarla
3 – In una padella mettere uno spicchio d’aglio a soffriggere in olio Evo, versare i broccoli e lasciare insaporire
4 – In un’altra padella versare dell’olio Evo e cuocere la salsiccia. Quando sarà a metà cottura sfumare con il vino e
continuare a cuocere fin quando non sarà ben rosolate.
5- Aggiungere la salsiccia nella padella con i broccoli e saltare un paio di minuti.
6 – In un pentola con acqua a bollore salare e calare la pasta.
7 – Scolare al dente e saltare tutto insieme in padella.
8 – Impiattare e servire
