Shipping conditions

Orders are acquired from 08:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. Delivery is expected from Monday to Friday. Shipping costs vary according to the size, weight and destination of the chosen items. Free shipping is also provided for some orders based on the destination. Restrictions may apply on the quantity of products that can be purchased, for orders placed outside the European Union. All delivery information, details on taxes and duties, as well as the shipping destination will be agreed at the end of the purchase with one of our contact persons. All parcels are delivered by TNT – Fedex with variable times according to the destinations. Please note that delivery times are indicative from the day of shipment. Cantina Sampietrana does not assume responsibility for delivery delays, nor for costs for customs clearance in the event of deliveries that provide for it, but undertakes to minimize any inconvenience. Taxes and duties

The purchase order does not include the cost of taxes and duties.

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, do not hesitate to contact us. The shipment is made within the working day following the date of the order upon availability of the chosen products. As soon as the package is delivered to the courier, the tracking process begins .
