Orders are taken between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery is scheduled from Monday to Friday.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the items you choose.

All packages are delivered by Mail Boxes (MBE) with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are only approximate and are calculated from the day of shipment.

Taxes and Duties

The cost of taxes and duties is already included in the purchase order, so no further fees are due upon receipt of the goods. Order Tracking After placing an order, you will receive an email with all the details of your purchase. If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Shipments are made within the next business day of the order date, eliminating items based on the products selected. As soon as the package is handed over to the courier, it is electronically tracked and the estimated date of arrival is provided. You can track the progress of your delivery by accessing the courier’s tracking page using the link we will send you.
